Amazing, I was a big fan of the earlier 7th Sea's. I Was hoping for a new one, but was afraid of never get it. However they delivered and what an awesome game, taking the best parts about the original and bringing back with some fixes? Or clarifications is probably a better term. They covered the playables extremely well and execute that beautifully with breaking everything down in a "Enjoyably Awesome Read." The system is very simple, but in a good way. Easy to learn, would recommend to Table Top enthusiasts or those getting into it for the first time. If I remember correctly, the original game was the same people who made L5R? I could be wrong, but if not I'm begging them to follow the same path with it. If that is already in the works I am pumped. 10/10 Please check this game out!
Beautiful art, streamlined mechanics and a detailed campaign setting.The book came in pristine condition with the plastic wrap and everything.A word of caution though; 7th Sea 2nd Edition is very much more concerned with storytelling than with being a game. Still very fun.
I loved playing the original RPG but there were a few things that bothered me about the rules. Too many loopholes in it. This new edition is great. It fixes many of the problems and updates the world to be more robust and cohesive. I started playing with my son for his first RPG and we had a great time.
As advertised will buy from again.
Book is good quality and my players are really enjoying the game.
Product is great, buying more books because of this. Unfortunately some pages were torn inside the book. Looks like a manufacturing defect since two pages were even still stuck together.
