A wonderful look at beautiful cats in full show condition. If you've never been to a cat show, you'll be amazed at the variety of kitties. Everything from bald to dripping in coat. Sitting, standing lying, playful, talking and just about every thing in between. The photographer has managed to capture the most incredible poses. What I loved was the way the book was laid out; eyes, ears, tail, no tail and on and on.....Also great was while I had some misgivings about buying a book of pictures in paperback, it's good stock and didn't detract in anyway from the pictures. All in all, for anyone who enjoys looking at some of the most beautiful cats, you really, really want to buy this book.....
This is a wonderful book full of beautiful, professional pictures of some of the worlds most beautiful cats. I love the way the author creatively titled each section: Puffy Tails, No Tails, Big Hair, No Hair, High Fives, Goofy, etc. A fun book for all ages and all cat lovers.
This book is packed with beautiful cats and great information about the world of cat shows. Gorgeous photos fill the pages with all the different coats, colors and body types there are, including a section on household pets.
not only pretty cat pictures, but alot of good tidbits of info about cats as well as cat photography. get one for your vet office or coffee table.
Larry Johnson catches the essence of the cat with his amazing talent & photos. I just love the how he can get the cat to relax & express themselves.

I saw a copy from the author. What a great book with so many beautiful photos of cats! The book has interesting sections, gorgeous photos. Larry is a great cat photographer, not something easy to do. He has spent many years traveling around the world photographing these special cats, and he knows just how to get them to pose for that perfect shot. Larry has taken photos of several of my cats, his photos are always well lit, in focus, no red eye, great poses. The book is full of a wide variety of breeds and gorgeous cats.
Library book. No purchase. My wife brought it home. We are dog lovers, but her office mate likes cats, hence the book. Read it w my dog sitting in my lap. She was not amused. I was. Did not know that there were/are so many breeds of cats. Larry has a way to bring out them best in them, too. Good photos, nice little snippets of info on different breeds, etc. If you are a cat lover I am sure you will love this book.
